Senior Director, Aux Support Svcs (Finance, HR, BPI)
This position is responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Auxiliary Support Units of Finance, Human Resources, and Business Process Improvement (BPI). The employee interacts with management and team members from each of the Support and Operating units to understand current operating requirements and procedures, develop recommendations for best practices, and lead the implementation process of new procedures, while providing leadership and guidance of ongoing business process improvement for effective day-to-day operations for Auxiliary Support Services units. The incoming faculty member is also responsible for promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in employment practices and leadership relationships.
