Program Manager, TeamSTEPPS - Risk Management – Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union)
The TeamSTEPPS Program Manager is responsible for the measurable improvement and sustainment of patient safety. This position is responsible for the development, training, implementation, measurement, effectiveness, and success of the TeamSTEPPS program at Keck Medicine of USC. This role will help refresh any areas that have been previously trained, develop an orientation plan for onboarding employees/physicians, plan for future waves of roll out, facilitate tool building sessions and tool rollouts, and conduct rounding in rolled out areas. This position will be critical in helping with communication techniques and implementing hard wired safety tools for all areas of roll out and across the entire Keck Medicine of USC enterprise.Minimum Education:â¢Required: Bachel
