Provide customer service and financial support to the University’s self-operated auxiliary units and Business operations of contracted auxiliary operations.

Serve as university liaison for contracted auxiliary units to ensure excellent customer service, contract compliance and to address issues that arise from vendors, customers or the university. Develop and evaluate Requests for Proposals for contracted operations and participate in contract development and implementation. Provide financial assistance to self-operated auxiliary units related to revenue projections, budgetary matters, capital projects and debt service. Participate in Business Office budget preparation cycles, fiscal year-end closing process and annual financial reporting for auxiliary units. Monitor capital projects funded by contracted vendors for compliance with contract terms. Serve as risk assessment coordinator for annual assessments involving three to four major areas of the university which includes scheduling, training and ensuring the timely completion of the identified assessments.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Accounting or related field. Four years of experience in a responsible position in related field. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Customer service and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to multi-task successfully. Experience with software such as Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in higher education auxiliary operations.
