Position Description: The Construction Auditor will be responsible for validating cost documentation compared to contractual costs allowed on various construction audit assignments for the firm.  This entry level position will report to either a Fort Hill Principal or Senior Construction Auditor.  The individual will utilize quantitative analysis to assess a contractor’s cost compliance with contract terms on the project in question.  The quantitative analysis will focus on labor costs, Subcontractor costs, insurance costs, change order costs, and other areas of ‘leakage’.  The individual will be working on multiple construction audit projects at the same time, so the ability to effectively prioritize assignments is essential
