Reporting to the Controller/Budget Director, the Financial Systems Analyst supports and contributes to the implementation and maintenance of the financial information system (FIS) and provides overall technology support for finance. This position liaisons with the IT department and other department leads to enhance the overall performance and functionality within the FIS and other systems interfacing into the FIS. The Financial Systems Analyst also provides assistance and leadership for a broad range of financial reports, initiatives, and projects in relation to the FIS, including extracting, interpreting, reconciling and manipulating large amounts of data.

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology; Five years of experience working with ERP systems; Strong understanding of accounting standards; The ability to clearly explain complex concepts to non-technical users; Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Excel (test required); Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including data reconciliation.
