Join the award winning program at UMass Dining located in Amherst, MA.  UMass Dining is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee the culinary production and supervision of the new state of the art facility, Worcester Commons.  The 68,000 square foot buildings features a café, grab n go, a full service restaurant and the main dining food hall concept featuring 12 globally inspired stations including two teaching kitchens.
