The Assistant General Manager is responsible for daily operations of Durrell dining center, which includes a full-service all-you-care-to-eat operation with a variety of interactive venues. The position directly and indirectly supervises a large number of staff of classified staff and 150 student and part-time employees by hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating those employees.
