COVID Test Distributors (multiple opportunities available) - Enterprise Risk Management-0011C
Carnegie Mellon University is seeking applicants for COVID test distributors (multiple opportunities available). The COVID Test Distributor will help support Carnegie Mellon University's COVID-19 risk mitigation strategy. These are 8 month fixed term, part-time positions (30 hours per week) which will end May 2021.
Core responsibilities include:
Support the distribution of pre-packaged COVID-19 test kits to CMU students
Support the collection of COVID-19 test kits from CMU students
Provide location instructions, as needed
Other duties as assigned
You must demonstrate:
Strong communication skills
Interpersonal skills and service mentality
Knowledgeable of recommended CDC guidance and university-wide minimum requirements
Ability to stay up to date with changes regarding guidelines or procedures
Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures as needed
The COVID tests will be distributed in a contactless environment and will not be administered by COVID test distributors during these work shifts. All COVID test distributors will be required to wear a mask and to take the CMU daily self-assessment before their assigned shifts. The working space will be set up to allow for physical distancing between students and other testers.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Customer service experience preferred.
