Position Summary The Director of Payroll Services is responsible for overseeing the operation of the payroll office, including processing, time & labor, and tax-related functions; performs advanced managerial work; and develops controls necessary to accomplish operational objectives. The Director will also be responsible for developing strategies for efficient and effective processing and reporting of payroll. This position's primary responsibility is to provide leadership to ensure the organizational effectiveness and financial integrity of the payroll and related tax functions. Directs the activities of the payroll team and staff members ensuring a highly effective and customer-service focused team.
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, eight years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and more than ten years of relevant work experience are preferred.
