Improved coordination and communication among offices engaged in the awarding of undergraduate institutional scholarships will improve the overall management of institutional scholarship funds and will enhance the University’s ability to strategically leverage these scholarship funds to recruit and retain students in alignment with the University’s mission and enrollment goals. Enrollment Management (EM) is seeking a Planning & Financial Operations Director to help leads these efforts
The incumbent will act as a liaison between colleges/units and the Provost Budget Office, Financial Aid Office, and the Academic Scholarship Office while also creating two-way communication channels between Enrollment Management offices and academic units related to all scholarship activities. This position will be relied upon to conduct research, review, analysis, and continual monitoring of undergraduate scholarship accounts within the Provost area units. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating and managing all centrally funded scholarship programs; working with all EM units to plan and communicate budget goals and insure that EM funds are used effectively to meet goals of recruitment and student success; as well as creating, implementing, and maintaining an institutional-wide undergraduate scholarship database.
