The Insurance Coordinator will serve in a support role primarily assisting the Student Health Services (SHS) Insurance Administrator and that positions dealings with the Boston University sponsored insurance plans. The Coordinator will serve both the Administrative department of SHS along with the University's Athletic Training department. Additional administrative support and compliance regulation tasks will also be assigned. The Coordinator will be part of the SHS Finance and Administrative department and will need to function in a team environment supporting the overall administrative needs to Student Health Services.
High School Diploma required with three to five years of related experience, B.A./B.S. preferred.
Organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and good communication skills.
Expertise with Microsoft Office and general office administration. Special consideration given for experience working in the medical insurance industry.
