The Assistant Program Manager drives customer satisfaction by providing support to internal and external customers; works closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely program and launch schedule; and drives the creation of raving fans by serving as a consultant to Customer Success team members. The Assistant Program Manager is involved in a continuous cycle of knowledge accrual and transfer as they move to the next identified focus area as new programs are started and current programs are released.
What You’ll Do:
Provide domain knowledge to our Customer Success teams and customers
Run programs and projects to ensure high customer satisfaction scores and a “wow” experience for our SOX, Audit, and Enterprise Risk customers
Work directly with customers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketing, and Product Management to solve problems and provide recommended best practices
What You’ll Need:
1-2 years of experience in Controls Management/SOX, Audit, or Enterprise Risk Management
B.A./B.S. degree required
Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen
Ability to communicate customer needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiatives
Well organized with superb project management and time management skill
