Under the general direction of the Chief Procurement Officer of Purchasing and Risk Services, this is a highly visible Project Management position with the responsibility of working with a small, high impact team assigned for driving and implementing an overall planning strategy, including managing spend analytics and reporting, small business development, departmental website enhancement and oversee the development and communications of training programs for procurement-related activities as it relates to the Kuali Financial System (KFS) and KFS upgrades.This position will coordinate internal resources and third-parties/vendors for execution of projects ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Determine strategic ways to grow, assess and implement policies and guidelines for sustainability and small business for the campus. Establishing and cultivating relationships with campus-wide stakeholders and other external entities and regulatory agencies will be an essential function for the Communications, Training, and Sourcing Project Manager.
