Just blocks away from Grand Central Station, Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking applications for the position of Director, Operations & Business Development (23107) to provide administrative and strategic leadership for the WCM Primary Care Division/Joint Venture, in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer/Director of Primary Care.
It is the responsibility of the Director to develop operational strategies and administrative systems for the short- and long-term success of the venture. This includes collaborative oversight of strategic planning, operations, compliance, employee engagement, financial results, patient experience and clinical quality. Works with all stakeholders to advance the mission of the institution’s commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
