Carnegie Mellon, one of the world leaders in higher education and research, is seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join its growing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization. We are committed to helping the university actively manage and mitigate the many inherent risks associated with operating a global institution of higher education. The ERM program helps to bolster ongoing efforts to keep the campus community safe and resilient.
As the Enterprise Risk Program Manager, you will work with campus partners regarding effective risk identification, analysis, and treatment, residual risk management, and ongoing monitoring. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will achieve these goals through collaboration with all ERM staff and university stakeholders in the efficient and integrated delivery of services.

Risk Register Management: Lead in the inventory and management of the Enterprise Risk Register, conducting data analysis and reporting as needed.
Technology Service Management: Guide staff in the administration of technology services that support the ERM organization.
Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators: Develop and deliver materials that will clearly provide executives with data regarding Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators, and recommendations as needed.

You should possess extraordinary organizational, time management, and communication skills to make a positive impact on our programs and the university. We will look for someone who demonstrates the ability to solve problems, influence others, collaborate effectively, and who shows dedication to risk management.
