The primary responsibilities of this position entail the coordination, implementation and administration of the industrial hygiene, ergonomics, occupational, fire and life safety programs.

Bachelor's degree in health or physical sciences, occupational safety, risk management, or other loss control emphasis; or equivalent administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs plus three years of work experience in the environmental, health and occupational safety; biotechnology & research; or risk management fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must pass pre-employment examination and drug screening.
Certified as a hazardous waste operations and emergency response worker (HAZWOPER) per 29 Code of Federal Regulations 1910.120. (40 hour training).
