Working closely with the Senior Vice President and CFO, the Assistant Vice President is a key member of the Finance team guiding the finance, payroll, and mail/copy center. Responsible for overseeing the annual financial audit planning. The Assistant Vice President works closely with all departments on campus assisting in the management of the annual budget process, as well as monitoring expenses. In addition, closely working with the Student Financial Services department to ensure proper reconciliation and draw down of Title IV funds to ensure compliance to all federal regulations. This position also has responsibility for payroll and mail/copy center services.

Education and experience
Master’s degree required;
CPA or CMA required;
5-7 years’ supervisory experience required;
5-7 years of accounting and financial statement experience;
Higher education experience required;
Audit experience preferred.
Strong time management skills;

Strong attention to detail;
Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills;
